Increasing brand awareness among Black heritage and female graduates
Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm, wanted to attract high quality applicants from diverse backgrounds and raise brand awareness amongst female and Black heritage members.
A particular focus was given to their Associate Consultant programme and Scholarships.
