Through our partnership, Vodafone aimed to increase the number of female hires in their organisation across their streams - with a particular focus on the tech and commercial graduate opportunities that they offer. 

They sought to diversify their workforce and improve representation in their early talent pipeline.

Here’s how Vodafone strategically attracted an increased number of female hires for their graduate roles: 

  • We created a focussed marketing campaign to STEM women and the Women’s mini-network

  • Attraction and selection of top female talent for two bespoke insight days that were run at Vodafone’s London office

  • Sponsorship of two flagship Bright Network events, including Women in TEC
