Hyper-targeted hiring campaign to attract diverse candidates


AI company, 9fin, aimed to find bright, ambitious and diverse young talent for two of their positions: Business Development and Legal Associate. They wanted to address a huge talent deficit but focussing on increasing female and black heritage applications to their graduate opportunities - to champion diversity in the financial sector.



Here’s how we worked with 9fin to improve the quality and diversity of their early talent hiring: 

  • 9fin partnered with Bright Network to trial a Premium Employer Profile (PEP) for 2 months, showcasing their company and graduate opportunities

  • 9fin’s open roles and opportunities were featured in Bright Network’s newsletter which is sent to our diverse student and graduate network of members

  • Both roles were filled within 4 weeks
