Hiring bright and ambitious lawyers

Objective

Corporate and insurance law firm, RPC, aimed to find bright and ambitious future lawyers from diverse backgrounds to join their Summer Scheme. They wanted to not only champion diversity and inclusion through this programme, but had a long-term view of filling their 2022 Training Contracts with outstanding talent to make exceptional hires of future lawyers. 

Solutions

Here’s how we worked with RPC to find bright and ambitious lawyers: 

  • RPC took a multi-touch approach, attending diversity events such as Black Heritage Future Leaders

  • Hosting a Premium Employers Profile on the Bright Network platform, supported by targeted digital promotion

  • They worked with us to discover the true ROI of their activity, matching hires with our members
