Building brand awareness and attracting diverse talent


A+E Networks were looking to increase their brand awareness. As a Sky affiliate, A+E Networks wanted to focus on building awareness of their own brand and the partnership. Additionally, the global broadcaster wanted to attract female talent and Black heritage candidates, and was looking to drive applications for industrial placement opportunities. 


A+E Networks were supported through a bespoke 22/23 digital package, which included: 

  • Premium Employer Profile 
  • 2,000 targeted emails
