Leveraging targeted web advertising for PwC

Objective

Over the last 10 years Bright Network have supported PwC with their Early Careers hiring needs, across the wide range of roles on offer. A key focus of the partnership is to elevate their brand alongside impacting diversity. The main a focus for 23/24 has been on Social Mobility, Women in Business and Black Talent.

Solutions

PwC utilised our Target Website Ads to target members for nine key roles across Actuarial, Tax, Risk, Operations, Technology and Audit. Using our proprietary AI led technology we created a personalised experience for our members by serving them ads for PwC’s roles across search, related job listings and personal dashboards. The targeted ads ran across a 5 week period, with the following results.
 

  • 35,400 impressions across the ads
  • 1,300 clicks on individual ads
  • 925 conversions

In addition to Targeted Website Advertising, PwC's  bespoke package included:

  • A range of events, both in person and virtual, such as Internship Experience UK and Black Heritage Future Leaders
  • Access to our Early Talent Platform
