Objective
Johnson & Johnson has worked with Bright Network since 2020. The pharmaceutical company's 2022/23 campaign focused on continuing to shift the dial on diversity, with a specific focus on female STEM talent and ethnic diversity. Together, we supported Johnson & Johnson in using their employer profile to its full potential, adding new content and bringing areas of the business to life. The campaign also elevated the brand during the quieter periods in the season, including using social media reach and engagement to attract talent.
