Quick turnaround fast-track campaign

Objective

Global professional services organisation, EY, aimed to improve hiring for their hard-to-fill graduate vacancies in 3 streams across a six-week period. Through the fast-track campaign, they wanted to focus on targeting students and graduates of black heritage, as well as increasing the number of female applicants to support EY’s diversity goals.


 

Solutions

Here’s how we worked with EY in their fast-track campaign to find successful hires and become a diversity champion: 

  • Creation of a focussed attraction campaign to female and black heritage members who are interested in assurance, technology and tax

  • Development of a fast-track screening process where candidates completed an application and interview before joining EY’s process

  • Providing coaching throughout the process, with a key focus on the numerical reasoning tests and assessment centres - to increase conversion
