Increasing brand awareness and growing female engagement


The Imperial Business School were looking for a bespoke solution to increase the number of diverse applicants for their programme, including the postgraduate courses that they offer. Through our partnership, they particularly aimed to champion female students and increase their overall engagement with the school.


Here’s how the Imperial Business School worked with Bright Network to diversify applicants to their programme:

  • They attended various education events, such as Master Your Future, where they were able to connect with talent specifically looking for business school opportunities

  • We conducted a tailored digital campaign targeting female talent and building their brand awareness across Bright Network’s 600,000+ members
