Improving diversity and candidate experience
Howden Group wanted a fast and efficient end-to-end recruitment campaign where they could hire 8-9 candidates for their graduate opportunities. They wanted to champion diversity and specifically target black heritage students, whilst also maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Here’s how we worked with Howden Group to deliver top, diverse talent and maintain a positive candidate experience for all applicants:
We conducted a six-week virtual end-to-end recruitment campaign to meet Howden’s requirements
Hyper-targeted digital activity to attract diverse applicants in line with Howden’s objective for this campaign
Full end-to-end candidate attraction, screening and selection, - including CV screening - gamified testing, and the design and delivery of assessment centres
Black heritage applications
Hires made - 40% of which were female and 60% black heritage
