Improving attraction and selection


Investment management company, T. Rowe Price, aimed to attract and select the brightest candidates from diverse backgrounds for their student and graduate opportunities - with a particular focus on their internship. Through their partnership with Bright Network, they sought to champion diversity and inclusion, whilst finding great-fit hires from hard to reach groups.


Here’s how we worked with T. Rowe Price to improve attraction and selection for their internship programme: 

  • Brand awareness campaign with a 40-person insight day and attendance at Bright Network’s Women in Leadership event 

  • Targeted digital activations to ensure diverse and quality applications to the programme

  • Full screening of all candidates, including a full CV review, video interview, telephone interview and assessment centres
