Rowe Price, aimed to attract and select the brightest candidates from diverse backgrounds for their student and graduate opportunities - with a particular focus on their internship. Through their partnership with Bright Network, they sought to champion diversity and inclusion, whilst finding great-fit hires from hard to reach groups.
