Telecommunications provider, G.Network, aimed to find 10 exceptional sales graduates in a quick turnaround campaign through their partnership with Bright Network. They wanted to source some of the brightest talent for their early talent opportunities through Bright Network’s 600,000+ members - particularly to find candidates with an interest in sales in the technology industry.


Here’s how we supported G.Network in finding and hiring top candidates: 

  • Run a marketing campaign to members who have shown an interest in sales and high growth tech businesses

  • Screen candidates based on key competencies - including communication, resilience and intelligence 

  • Design a bespoke assessment centre involving pitching, group tasks and strengths-based interviews
