A focus on Diversity, Brand and Candidate Experience for Macquarie
Global financial services company, Macquarie, wanted to continue to change the dial on diversity, particularly on female, Black Heritage and socially mobile graduates. They also wanted to provide greater clarity on the roles available to graduates and to ensure the best fit for high quality and relevant candidates. With all candidates going through the Macquarie process, they wanted them to be well informed, support and have a tailored journey.
Macquarie was provided with a tailored package of both digital activations and event sponsorship as well as a bespoke coaching programme to support ethnic minority candidates through the process.
Their 21/22 digital package included:
- Hyper-targeted emails
- Social media package including targeted paid activity and supported their hiring objectives
- Event sponsorship to connect with members engaged and interested in their roles
- ‘Macquarie Diversity Academy’ - a unique insights event for members to discover more about their internship opportunities
