Increasing Black heritage and Asian applications in the legal sector
Objective
The multinational law firm was looking for support to increase their engagement with Black heritage, Asian, and minority ethnic talent as well as those from social mobility backgrounds. We supported Covington & Burlington with targeted outreach to these specific demographic groups, and through our industry specific events.
