Increasing Black heritage representation in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s pipeline

Objective

Law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) was looking to expand and diversify their talent pool. There was a particular focus on candidates from Black heritage and minority ethnic backgrounds as well as the LGBTQ+ community, lower socio-economic backgrounds and those with disabilities.

Compared to the wider legal sector, BCLP performed significantly above average in terms of engagement from the diverse demographics they were looking to target.
