We asked our members what effective representation in the workplace looks like. 

Our members discussed: 

  • How representation needs to start at the top - c-suite and director level representation is imperative 
  • Showing diversity in the recruitment process isn’t enough - graduates need to see themselves represented in all areas of the organisation  

With 89% of Gen Z graduates looking at an employer's commitment to D&I before applying, ensuring there are representation initiatives in place is essential. There are a variety of approaches employers can take to ensure new joiners and current graduates feel they are represented. Here’s a few D&I initiatives that resonate with students
