We asked our Gen Z members what concerned them the most about the application process for graduate schemes and graduate jobs. 

Some of the member’s concerns were:

• Psychometric testing and interview assessments, such as The Watson Glaser Test 

• Feeling ‘in the dark’ about their application progress  
• Pre-recorded video interviews
