Women in Leadership

Our Women in Leadership events exist to drive change, empower young women starting their career and help leading businesses find their next generation of female leaders.

At this event, employers have the chance to connect with these women, support their development and inform them of the opportunities that exist within their organisation. Many previous partners have hired attendees as a direct result of this event.

This panel session is reserved for premier and gold+ partners. All gold partners will participate in one of the two panel times:

Choosing a panellist: We highly suggest a senior female member of the firm who is comfortable sharing their story and journey. We would highly suggest exploring all the potential underrepresented groups specifically the more invisible minority groups (LGBTQ+, disability, social mobility: such as a first gen colleague, someone who was on free school meals).

Our Bright Network members are diverse and come from a range of backgrounds. At last year’s Women in Leadership, our attendee profile was: 55% BAME, 41% first generation university students, 13% free school meals, 12% LGBTQ+, 7% with a disability and 61% state school educated. Therefore, we encourage you to consider the above audience demographics when choosing representatives.
