Encouraging authenticity

We asked our members how employers could encourage them to be their most authentic selves in the workplace. 

Our members shared: 

  • The ways organisations could conduct an interview to allow the interviewee to show their authentic selves 
  • Feeling confident to share their authenticity if they can see themselves being represented in the organisation from all levels
  • If an organisation’s values align with authenticity, and not just using it as a buzzword
