We’re looking for a new Head of B2B Marketing to lead our high-performing B2B team, deliver excellent marketing to our clients and prospects and enable us to drive ambitious revenue growth.

More about the opportunity

  • Oversee and implement B2B marketing strategy to support us becoming the number one place for graduate employers to come to hire graduates
  • Be responsible for lead generation, trialing new channels and scaling those that are working
  • Work with the New Business Director to build and hone our lead nurturing journeys for leads
  • Work with the Commercial Director to deliver excellent experience and messaging for current clients, supporting the sales team achieve ~25% revenue growth across their accounts
  • Take ownership of the data analytics across our marketing and sales functions, ensuring we can make informed decisions and understand our ROI from marketing spend
  • Lead our PR and thought leadership efforts to drive brand awareness across the sector and beyond
  • Own our B2B brand, ensuring the messaging is consistent and reflects the direction the business is going
  • Manage a budget and lead a team of 4 marketers to achieve goals (with the potential to build out the team further this year)
  • Support the launch into two international markets this financial year (the first time Bright Network will have operated outside of the UK.

Does this sound like you?

  • 6 years+ B2B marketing experience, with a track record of devising and implementing strategy, as well as delivery of campaigns across both Account Based and Inbound motions
  • A strong track record of delivering on or above target lead generation
  • Experience defining a differentiated positioning and crafting compelling messaging that fits a multi-stakeholder journey
  • Experience leading teams, nurturing talent and motivating others to achieve the wider team goals
  • Strong commercial acumen paired with entrepreneurial energy, creativity and a customer first mindset
  • A strong focus on data-driven decisions, with experience setting up approaches to tracking
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
  • It would be preferable if you’ve had experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial and scaling business environments & working across multiple markets
