We're excited to launch our annual research report - What do graduates want? 2024/25.

In the report, you'll uncover the perspectives of over 14,000 Bright Network members as they share their critical insights to help you shape your graduate recruitment strategy this year. 

We outline how to tackle challenges around reneges, as well as the impact of the AI, student confidence and more. 

Some key findings you'll discover in the report: 

• Student confidence is down, with 89% worried about their future due to the economic climate. 
• Use of GenAI in job applications is on the rise, with half of respondents using GenAI weekly or daily. Regular uses say they're actively using it in their job applications.
• Only 15% of those on graduate schemes say they're fully committed to stay on after the scheme.
