2018 was a big year for Bright Network – but we’re ready for more. Never happy to settle, we have a relentless focus on successful results for our partners and our members.
With that in mind, here are five ways we’ll be providing better matchmaking between leading employers and the brightest graduates in 2019.
Our network continues to grow
Over 20,000 members joined our diverse network in August and September 2018, taking membership to well over 180,000 – and growing. A bigger, broader network combined with our data-driven, highly targeted digital campaigns means that we can help create stronger connections between potential employers and our members.
FESTIVAL is coming to town
82% of our members think it’s important to meet a company before submitting an application. Bright Network FESTIVAL is the number one careers event for leading organisations to connect with top undergraduate talent. Now in its eighth year, the 2019 event will be our biggest yet.
Exclusive, targeted events
Our spring events give you the chance to meet a specific group of pre-screened potential candidates. The season kicks off in early February with Women in Technology, Engineering and Consulting, followed by Diversity & Inclusion 2019 in late March.
What will the future of work look like?
We’re looking forward to the launch of our annual research report in April. This time we’re asking an even bigger group of our members to share their thoughts about education, careers and what they expect when they enter the workplace.
A bigger team to support you
From humble beginnings in 2015 we’re now a team of 32 and growing. So much so, we moved to a brand new, bigger office space near Liverpool Street station in December 2018. Why not come and visit us to chat about what you’ve got planned in 2019?
