Lily Gregory, a Gen Z STEM student, is an advocate for improving diversity in the STEM sector and uses her role as President of the KCL Womxn in STEM society to help break down barriers to entry for those from underrepresented groups.
Bright Network’s Johnson sat down with Lily and Adam Driver, Technical Talent Specialist at CFC, to get to the bottom of these barriers and open up a conversation on how employers can be part of the change.
