When asked what phrases make them feel an organisation is being authentically welcoming, our members said they liked it when organisations:

  • Value diversity and are inclusive in their culture
  • Want to hear more about who the candidates really are and understand that no one is perfect
  • Are ready and willing to provide support for their staff, understanding issues around mental health
