  • Our research has found that 56% of students and graduates consider a company’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion a primary concern when applying.
  • Only 36% of LGBTQ+ students and graduates feel prepared to enter the world of work, compared to 42% of the wider student population.

Our panellists agree that significant distances exist between what companies say their D&I strategy is compared to what they put in action, highlighting the need for institutional change across all sectors.
