Global law firm, Clyde & Co, wanted a bespoke solution to enhance their brand as a diverse and inclusive graduate employer. With an increased focus on targeting underrepresented groups in the law sector, they aimed to shift the gear as an industry leader to champion social mobility and diversity in the workplace, and to find diverse future leaders in law.
