Increasing brand awareness and social mobility engagement

Objective

Global law firm, Clyde & Co, wanted a bespoke solution to enhance their brand as a diverse and inclusive graduate employer. With an increased focus on targeting underrepresented groups in the law sector, they aimed to shift the gear as an industry leader to champion social mobility and diversity in the workplace, and to find diverse future leaders in law.

Through our partnership, here’s how we worked with Clyde & Co to improve brand awareness as a diverse leader in the law industry: 

  • We ran a bespoke digital solution, including a premium employer profile with Bright Network and targeted outreach to underrepresented groups

  • Enhancing their brand through ‘talking head’ style videos that focussed on topics around diversity and social mobility

  • Connecting with our 600,000+ members at both broad and highly targeted Bright Network events - including Diversity & Inclusion, First Year Lawyers, and the Bright Network FESTIVAL that hosted over 2,500 attendees
