Improving diversity and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Objective

Howden Group wanted a fast and efficient end to end recruitment campaign where they could hire 8-9 candidates while championing diversity, targeting specifically students from a BAME background, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Solution

  • Bright Network designed, planned and delivered a six week virtual end to end recruitment campaign to meet Howden’s requirements.
     
  • Hyper-targeted digital activity to attract diverse applicants in line with Howden’s objective for this campaign.
     
  • Full end-to-end candidate attraction, screening and selection, including CV screening, gamified testing, and the design and delivery of assessment centres.
