Hiring and fast-tracking ten exceptional sales graduates

Objective

G-Network’s objective was to Find 10 sales graduates in a quick turnaround campaign.

Solution

  • In between the different activities they did we can highlight running a marketing campaign to members who’ve shown an interest in sales and high growth tech businesses.

  • Screen candidates based on key competencies, including communication, resilience and intelligence.

  • And design a bespoke AC involving pitching, group tasks and strengths-based interviews.
