Clyde & Co wanted a bespoke solution to enhance their brand as an inclusive employer, while shifting the gear as an industry leader to champion social mobility and diversity.

Solution

  • Run a bespoke digital solution, including a premium employer profile and targeted outreach to under-represented groups via targeted emails and social media.

  • Brand enhanced by "talking head" videos focusing on diversity and social mobility, showcasing individuals from Trainee to Partner level from across the firm, and demonstrating unique culture.

  • Connected with members at both broad and highly targeted Bright Network events, including Diversity & Inclusion, First Year Lawyers, and the Bright Network FESTIVAL with over 2,500 attendees, 65%+ of which were BAME.
