- Zopa saw a huge increase in engagement from underrepresented groups, achieving well-above industry standard across all metrics.
- Zopa tracked the impact of Bright Network through all stages of their recruitment process, resulting in 88% of assessment centre candidates and 74% of hires for 2025 coming from Bright Network
