How we approached the campaign:
- Utilised the Bright Network Early Talent Platform to benchmark against other organisations in the banking sector
- Launched targeted emails to reach primarily Black heritage and female talent
The impact:
- 32 female students passionate about a career in Investment Banking joined Santander in their office for an insight day
- Four graduates were hired onto their scheme from this event
