- Through a data-led, highly targeted digital campaign Mischon de Reya was able target different key demographics for their live roles
- Joining Diverse Legal Leaders, a Bright Network event, connected the law firm with pre-screened quality candidates studying law
- As a result, 70% of assessment centre candidates and 89% of training contract hires were Bright Network members
