How we approached the campaign:
- Goodwin wanted to be positioned as an employer of choice using a fully branded employer profile and connecting with engaged students and graduates in our law network
- It was key to reach and connect with specific target demographics using personalised email outreach and targeted website advertising to drive high quality applications whilst also increasing the diversity of applications and hires
The impact:
- Goodwin attended Future Lawyers and Bright Network FESTIVAL to engage with pre-screened graduates
- Drove hires for Goodwin's Spring and Summer Vacation schemes, with 64% of applicants and 79% of hires coming through Bright Network
