- In-person events with a focus on the legal sector
The impact:
- With a focused approach on engaging with members from ethnic minority backgrounds, initial engagement was achieved to raise awareness and connection to the Covington brand
- The variety of activity gave Bright Network members the chance to engage with the brand and Covington’s team to understand what life at the firm would be like. And with detailed reporting we were able to see that 59% of hires were Bright Network members
